Last summer I had the honor to photograph not one, but two weddings for the same family, at their farm in Bacova, VA. In June I photographed Crosby and Rush’s big day, and then in August, I returned for Breck and Mike’s wedding. Both weddings uniquely their own, but both filled with lots of love, family, friends, and fun! Congratulations to Breck and Mike as they approach their first wedding anniversary!
I don’t want to say too much, other than my wife, Lauren, and I are working on a very special project. As a full-time working photographer, I believe it’s always a good idea to work on personal projects. The concept behind this one is still evolving, and it will take quite a while before it comes to fruition, but it will be well worth it. This is just a little taste of what is to come: Lots of Love. Many thanks to the handful of fine folks who have indulged my latest brainstorm.
Meet Jenny and Mario. If I had to choose two words to describe their wedding I’d say Infectious Joy. Their wedding was full of life and colorful, and by colorful I don’t just mean the purple bridemaids’ dresses. Jenny, Mario, their families and friends were the most lively and animated group of folks I’ve had the good fortune to spend a day with in a really long time. You will see for yourself! If you want to see even more of Jenny and Mario’s fab wedding you can find them on Borrowed & Blue as well as on The Knot!
Today is their first wedding anniversary and I wish them both a lifetime of love and laughter!
It is true, it takes a village to throw a fantastic wedding. Many thanks to the following group of Charlottesville wedding vendors for putting their heart and soul into Jenny and Mario’s big day!
