Last year I had the pleasure to photograph the home of Alex Deringer, an Alexandria, VA based interior designer with Ivy Lane. The article and styling in this month’s issue of Romantic Homes are by Charlotte Safavi. Looking forward to a busy spring full of more projects and interior shoots!interior photographyinterior photographyinterior photographyinterior photographyinterior photography

For the last few years, I’ve offered a March head shot special. This is a perfect opportunity for those of you needing to update your picture on your website, or social media outlets such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. The sessions are short and will be in color and/or black/white. I offer a black back drop as well as a white one. Cost is $50 and I will then provide you with an online link to the images from which you can choose one. I’ll provide basic retouching (if needed) and send you a high-res file.

I’ve also teamed up with local make-up artist extraordinaire, Jeanne Cusick, for those of you who are interested in a professional make-up session prior to your head shot. Cost is an additional $45.

Call or e-mail with any questions or if you’d like to set up an appointment!

Let’s face it. We are a little spoiled in Virginia. This has been a long winter with not much snow. My kids have complained. My wife has complained. Why does she bother buying snow gear if it isn’t going to snow? And then it snowed. And snowed. And snowed. The kids were out of school for a week. We hibernated, played games, watched movies, shoveled snow. But now that we have had our “snow” everyone is ready to be done with winter. This article I photographed for national magazine, Flea Market Gardens, along with writer/stylist Charlotte Safavi,  has apparently come out just in time to remind us that warm weather is right around the corner.
