Maya and Mark are a fantastic couple…fun, silly, smart and just so nice. I had a great time photographing their wedding. They are UVA alums so we spent a lot of time on Grounds and walking to their favorite spots on the Corner. After their ceremony at the UVA Chapel, the newlyweds and their friends and family took a trolley to The Ivy Inn. Cody Grannis of Amore Events by Cody did an amazing job making the entire event special and beautiful.
Last week I opened a package full of Home and Design Magazines featuring the DC Design House, a fundraiser for the Children’s National Medical Center. I was really honored to be this year’s official photographer and am really excited that 16 of the 23 images they used for the article are mine! Take a look.
I have been nominated as best photographer in the Cville Weekly’s Best of Charlottesville contest! In a town where there are so many talented photographers, this is truly an honor and I am so grateful for the support I have received over the past year.
